placing your order. By placing your order with Lingerie Base you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa Debit, Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta.
All credit/debit card details given to this site
are encrypted and are processed securely through Moneybookers. Any charges will appear on you credit/debit card statement
as "Lingerie Base ".
Prices
All prices on our website are in GB Pound sterling.
In Stock/Out of Stock items
All items listed on our website are up to date at time of ordering. However, If any items you order are out of stock or unavailable
at time of ordering, we will contact you to make you aware of this, where you can choose to wait until stock arrives or we can
provide you with a refund.
Postage & Packaging
Delivery of stock items are usually made within 1-3 working days however there may be a short delay with out of stock items
which can delay delivery for up to 7 working days. Deliveries made to Europe or Rest of the World varies from 7-10 days but
delays can occur. Please visit our delivery page for more information.
Delivery prices are as follows:
UK Delivery is £2.99
Europe is £7.50
Rest of World is £14.50
Returns
We at Lingerie Base are pleased to offer a 100% Returns guarantee. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the products
you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and
sealed in the original packaging.
Goods can be returned to the following address and must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint, please email us at enquiries@lingeriebase.com with your complaint. We will
attempt to resolve your complaint within 7 working days. However all complaints will be fully resolved within 14 days.
The customer will be informed at every stage of the complaints process.
